methodology

The workshop is highly participative and practical, with extensive individual and group simulations.  Lectures will be reinforced with simulation, role-playing, and music.  Facilitator will be assisted by a beauty therapist and a tudang specialist.

COURSE FACILITATOR - MS. HAMIDAH HASHIM

Beliau adalah seorang penceramah bebas yang mempunyai latar-belakang dalam bidang pembangunan diri dan pengurusan, komunikasi dan juga perbankan selama lebih 18 tahun.

Hamidah menuntut dalam jurusan I.C.S.A. di ITM, Shah Alam (1980-1984) dan telah menerima biasiswa BBMB. Setelah tamat pengajian, beliau bekerja di Bank tersebut dalam tempoh lebih lapan tahun. Semasa di BBMB lah, beliau telah dihantar berkursus untuk memperolehi Certificate in Development (ITD, U.K.) dan Diploma in Training Management supaya diiktiraf sebagai tenaga penceramah. Selepas meninggalkan BBMB, Hamidah telah menghadiri kursus ”Loyalty Management” di Oslo, Norway untuk lebih mahir dalam bidang pengurusan khidmat pelanggan. Beliau juga diiktiraf sebagai penceramah oleh PSMB.

Pengalaman beliau dalam industri latihan termasuk mengendalikan public seminars dalam bidang khidmat pelanggan, komunikasi dan pengurusan imej . Antara organisasi yang telah menggunakan khidmat beliau untuk program in-house termasuk HSBC, IBM, CIMB, Panasonic, Air Asia, Securities Commission, Sunway Group, Hotel Maluri, Kuwait Finance House, Maybank, PETRONAS, Proton Edar, Naza Motors, Telekom, TNB dan Kementerian Pembangunan Brunei Darussalam.

Kelebihan Hamidah adalah dalam topik-topik seperti Imej Korporat, Komunikasi dan Khidmat Pelanggan. Beliau juga pernah menjadi penceramah jemputan untuk siri motivasi di Selamat Pagi Malaysia untuk topik ’Perubahan Diri’ dan juga ’Kemahiran Berkomunikasi’. Beliau telah belajar tentang Pengurusan Imej dari Robert Pante, Konsultan Imej terkemuka dari Amerika dan juga tentang harmoni warna dari pakar warna dari Australia.

Pengalaman beliau yang lain termasuk memberi latihan kepada sukarelawan-sukarelawan ABM (Antarabudaya Malaysia atau AFS – International & Intercultural Programs) semasa memegang jawatan sebagai Ahli Lembaga. Beliau pernah menjadi penceramah jemputan dalam perhimpunan AFS di Dunedin, New Zealand untuk topik Cross-Cultural Adaptation Skills.

Cara penyampaian beliau yang bertenaga dan bersahaja mendapat maklumbalas yang positif dari para peserta kursus.
