MR. TAN POR SING

Chief Consultant and Trainer of Quality Dynamics Consultancy Sdn Bhd, Mr. Tan has more than 20 years as a trainer and consultant in the area of Quality and Productivity Improvement. Mr. Tan also has many years of hands-on experience managing production, maintenance and service operation.

MR. TAN POR SING Mr. Tan has extensive experience in the Training and Implementation of Operational and Improvement Techniques such as TQM, QCC, QC Tools, SPC, ISO 9000, 5S, Work Study, Kaizen Techniques, Filing & Record Management, Store & Inventory Management and many others. He is one of the pioneers in the implementation and training of QCC and TQM in Malaysia. A former senior consultant with the Malaysia Productivity Corporation where he received extensive professional trainings and also presented many papers in Japan, Australia, The Netherlands, India, Taiwan, The Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and also locally. He is a life member of Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (Japan). Some of the notable quality training programs Mr. Tan had attended include Program for Quality Management (Osaka), TQM Practices in Japanese Industries (Nagoya) and Institutional Management Consultancy (RVB, Delf, Holland).

Mr. Tan obtained his BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Strathclyde University, Scotland and MSc. (with Distinction) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the Warwick University, England.

A qualified ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems and EMS auditor and consultant, Mr Tan had attended and passed the IRCA registered auditing quality system course (lead auditor training course) and he also attended and passed EARA approved advanced EMS auditing course for quality personnel.

Mr. Tan was also a Chief Judge in MPC National and Regional QCC Conventions. He also judged MAMPU National QCC Convention, The National QCS-IT Convention of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, National TCS Convention of Telekom Malaysia, National QCC Convention of Intel., Motorola and many other QCC conventions of other multi-national and local companies.

Mr. Tan represented Malaysia as a National Quality Management Award Expert in the National Quality Management Awards Round-Table Conference at Japan Productivity Center (JPC), Tokyo, which was sponsored by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO). Mr. Tan also holds an internationally recognized blue-card as a practitioner in Methods-Time Measurement technique from the United Kingdom M-TM Association.

Dr. Hj. Mohd Sobree Hj. Ali

Dr. Hj. Mohd Sobree Hj. Ali adalah penceramah Motivasi, Kommunikasi, Perhubungan Sesama Manusia lebih daripada15 tahun di seluruh Malaysia. Sebelum beliau menjadi penceramah motivasi, Dr Hj. Mohd Sobree merupakan bekas pensyarah kanan di salah sebuah pusat latihan bank tempatan.

Dr. Hj. Mohd Sobree Hj. Ali Dr Hj. Mohd Sobree mempunyai ijazah PhD. (Preston) (USA) (Pengkhususan Quality Management), M.A. (UM) (Pengkhususan Pengurusan Kualiti), B.A. (Hons) (UM) (Sejarah/Pengajian Islam), Diploma In Training Management (Institute Of Training & Development, United Kingdom), Certificate In Training Development (Institute Of Training And Development, United Kingdom).

Dr Hj. Mohd Sobree pernah bekerjasama dengan konsultan Towers Perrin daripada Amerika Syarikat untuk merangka program PMS yang baru di dalam ban. Program ini dikenali sebagai Human Resource Transformation Program (HRTP). Beliau juga pernah menjadi Graduate Assistant bagi program Dale Carnegie dan lulus ujian kelayakan sebagai pensyarah Dale Carnegie (1998-1999). Dale Carnegie adalah pakar motivasi yang terkenal di Amerika Syarikat.

Dr Hj. Mohd Sobree juga merupakan pengasas penubuhan Perbankan Islam di BBMB pada 1992 dan hasilnya terbentuklah Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad dan juga menjadi Setiausaha kepada Jawatan Kuasa Induk ke arah penubuhan Bank Islam BCB. Bank ini dikenali sebagai Commerce Tijari Bank (2004).

Selain daripada itu, beliau juga pernah bertugas sebagai Ketua Seksyen Kaunseling dan Prestasi Bahagian Sumber Tenaga Manusia (2002). Fungsi utama beliau ialah menjalankan aktiviti Kaunseling dan Bimbingan. Beliau juga pernah mentadbir Performance Management System (PMS) bagi 8,000 kakitangan bank.

Mr. Thye Foot Leong

Mr. Thye Foot Leong, is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountant. He qualified as a professional member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) in 1979. After graduation, he worked in a professional audit firm for three years. He has been engaged as a Senior Group Financial Controller and Deputy Chief Finance Officer in a Public Listed Company with KLSE for the last twenty years. His scopes of responsibilities include Budgeting, Management Accounting, and Financial Management and Reporting, Corporate Finance, Corporate Planning, Strategic Management Business Processes and Control. He is also very well versed in the local business environment as the result of his broad background and exposure in Finance Management and Treasury.

Mr. Thye Foot Leong He is also a member of the Havard Business School Alumni Club of Malaysia, and Malaysia Institute of Management. As a Certified Financial Planner, he is also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia and had been a past committee member of its PJ Chapter. He is also a Fellow Member of the Certified Public Accountants of Australia.

Mr. Thye is a past member and serves in several Committees / Directorships of Rotary Club of Metro Kuala Lumpur. He was the past president of ITC Toastmasters Club, Past Area Governor, Past Assistant Division Governor (Marketing), Past Assistant Division Governor (Education & Training), and Past Division Governor of the Pan-Southeast Asia Toastmasters District 51.

Mr. Vincent Hor

Mr. Vincent Hor Mr. Vincent Hor holds the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (I.C.S.A. UK) professional qualification and was a world book prize recipient in the 'Organisational Behaviour' paper. He is a Fellow member (FCIS) of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators (MAICSA). He also graduated with a Diploma in Commerce (Business Management) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Kuala Lumpur and holds a Certificate in Tax Management (Distinction) under a HRDF Prolus course.

His other professional memberships include M.I.M. Associate, MMID, LIAM, PIAM and NAMLIFA. He is also the President of Team De` Professionals (GEL), specialising in wealth planning and risk management. Currently, he serves in the Conference Organising Committee (COC) of MAICSA, organizing MAICSA Annual Conference for corporate directors, senior management executives, entrepreneurs and company secretaries.

Vincent is a Registered Trainer with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad. He is also a FIRO-B ® Accredited Trainer, i.e. specializing in personality & relationships psycho-instrument in "Inclusion - Control - Affection", which is ideal for building team compatibility, personal development and coaching.

Vincent was also a recipient of the MIM-Tun Razak Youth Leadership Award (TRYLA) in 1994.

Vincent has vast experience in providing services in the field of taxation, corporate secretarial, business financial planning, management services, and communication training. Now he is engaged by companies to provide in-house and public training in Communication & Presentation skills, Leadership Enrichment, Management Development, Creative Thinking & Minutes Writing. To-date he has trained more than 8,500 professionals, directors, entrepreneurs, executives and students. He also lectures part-time at Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman (TARC) on the subject Corporate Law & Governance.

Toastmasters

Vincent is an accomplished speaker and has won many Toastmasters International speech contests at clubs, areas, divisions and District level. On 20 April 2008, he won 2nd-Runner Up in the Table Topics (Impromptu Speaking) Contest at the Toastmasters International District 51 Convention, which had more than 300 speech contestants from Malaysia, Indonesia & Brunei. He received the highest Toastmasters International award i.e. the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) in 2006. He was the Past President of MAICSA Toastmasters Club in 2003 and served as Area Governor W5 in 2004. He received the coveted Division W's Toastmaster of The Year award in 2003/2004 for his excellence in leadership and communication. In 2005/2006 he served as the Assistant Division W Governor in Education & Training, overseeing more than 400 toastmasters' educational & training needs in 22 clubs. He was the Asst Division W Governor in Education (2009/2010) serving 1000 members of 38 clubs. Currently, he is the Division W Governor (2010/2011) serving 22 Clubs with more than 400 members in Klang Valley. His passion, sincerity and conviction in public speaking have touched many people's life. He believes that effective communication begins from the heart. Mr. Dzulkifli Sipon

Mr. Dzulkifli Sipon Mr. Dzulkifli Sipon has a Bachelor of Economics (Hons), Universiti Malaya (UM), 1983 and Masters Science (Human Resource Development , Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), 1996.

Dzulkifli Sipon was attached to the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) from 1983 to 2012. He was Senior Consultant and Head of Management Services Department (MSD) before he went on optional retirement in 2012.

Dzulkifli has been involved in training and consulting for 29 years. His areas of specialisation include quality management, creativity, innovation, leadership, management, motivation, Human Resource Management (HRM) and Development (HRD). He has conducted numerous training programmes for managers, supervisors, and staff in the public and private sector organisations.

Mr. Cyril Pagadala comes with many years of real hands-on work experience in Human Resource Management, Operations, Customer Service and Administration.

Mr. Cyril Pagadala His work experience covers various industries such as the banking, manufacturing, hospitality and other service industries He has worked for both local and multinationals and in both small and large companies. He was last the Director of Human Resource & Administration of a group of companies.

He has a BA in English and an MA in Human Resource Management. He has taught in diploma and degree programmes in the fields of management; and English for both foreign and local students before moving into corporate training for several years now.

Hj. Azlan Yusoff

Hj. Azlan Yusoff Hj. Azlan Yusoff is a Principal Trainer & Consultant, with more than 25 years of working and training experience. His exposure was in various aspect of the business, from managing the overall corporate affairs of a company to the implementation of a strategic marketing. He was the General Manager, Corporate Affairs of Commerce Assurance and was the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Risk Management Centre.

Training Experience

In the field of training, he was the Training Specialist with the Commerce International Group. He has worked with The Malaysian Insurance Institute as a part-time Lecturer, Chief Invigilator of the Professional Examination and also a Panel Examiner. Prior to becoming a full-time Certified Corporate Trainer, he was attached with the Learning & Talent Development, Group Human Resource of CIMB Group.

He facilitated training programs locally and internationally in the areas of Personal Development & Leadership Skills, Customer Service & Sales, Motivation, Communication, Change Management, Team Alignment, Supervisory Skills, Clerical Development, Personal Excellence, Mindset, Grooming and Image Audit.

Hj. Azlan is dedicated, disciplined and enthusiastic. As a professional, he subscribes to the maxim that one should essentially try to be oneself. Losier, the author of the No.1 Best Seller in 32 countries, The Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and The Less of What You Don't.

Ms. Hashim

She has been a corporate training consultant since 1993. She has a unique background in management, finance and banking. The past nineteen years she has conducted training in management development, communication and entrepreneurial development.

Ms. Hashim Ms. Hashim pursued I.C.S.A. in ITM (1980-1984) where she was offered a scholarship by the former BBMB. She then worked for more than eight years in operations and training with the Bank. It was during this time that she obtained a Certificate in Training & Development (ITD, U.K.) and attended the Diploma course in Training Management. She also attended the consultancy programme "Loyalty Management" in Oslo, Norway. Hamidah is also a PSMB-recognised trainer.

Her training experience includes conducting numerous public seminars in Communication, Corporate Image and Customer Service. Mr. Hamdi Othman

Mr. Hamdi Othman graduated from University of Scranton, USA in M.Sc. Human Resource Administration and University Science Malaysia in B. Social Science. Mr. Hamdi Othman Prior to joining QDC, he has extensive knowledge and experience as a trainer, coordinator, consultant and manager while attached with the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) since 1978. He was the Managing Director of a global logistics service provider with regional offices in UK, USA, Australia and Asia. Held various senior positions as Country Manager of Esprit Shipping (HK), Sales Director with Karl Schroff Associates (US) and Regional Manager with Port Cargo International (UK) Associated with Cambridge International College as their Training Consultant, Program Examiner with Durham Logistics College and Resident Consultant with TPL Global Chains Management.

Mr. Francis Arul

Mr. Francis Arul Mr. Francis Arul is a graduate from University of Malaya. He has spent the last twenty years attached to the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC). He is specialized in all area of Management including Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.

While with MPC, he attended and acquired Diplomas and Certificates in Management from countries such as Japan, Philippines, India, United Kingdom, Hague (Holland), West Germany and Sweden. Recently he was one of the delegations of five people under UNDP for understudying Organizational Behaviour and the Management Systems in Germany, Holland and Sweden. Their recommendations were submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources.

Francis Arul has more then 20 years experience as a Trainer cum Consultant. While with MPC, he has developed a wide range of Management programmes for numerous companies on a In-House basis. These programmes were tailored to suit the special requirements of the organizations.

In 1994, he was rated the "Training Resource Person of the Year" Award by the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) for consistent excellent evaluations in the training programmes conducted.

Mr. A. Faisal Shaazi

Mr. A. Faisal Shaazi is a management consultant and trainer. A "technoprenuer" with a background in computer engineering, he graduated with Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, USA. He has 14 years' experience in the software industry with 8 years' in managing projects in the United States, Hong Kong, Malaysia and others.
